It appears that SPAA is having some trouble with their website so not all the papers have been uploaded.  I am attaching two of the three here.  Tony, would you please reply to all and send yours to the group -- and please send as pdf or doc, as not everyone can open docx.

thanks much,
Pris

Good Morning,

We are pleased to accept your proposal to participate in Workshop 5: How will Emerging Technologies Transform Governance:

Emergent Forms of public Deliberation and Collaboration at the Fifth Transatlantic Dialogue on "The Future of Governance" in June at George Washington University, in conjunction with George Mason University and Rutgers University-Newark. Attached is the program announcement for the conference.

The workshop co-chairs will be in touch with you regarding the details of your presentation.

As the selection process was very competitive, we would appreciate your confirmation of participation to Madelene at spaa@andromeda.rutgers.edu by March 1st, with the understanding that all participants must register and attend the full conference. Your participation throughout the conference is important to the sustained dialogue that is the foundation of this series of transatlantic meetings.

Registration materials will follow in the next two weeks. We expect the registration fee to be $395, which will cover some meal functions. Affordable accommodations should also be available.

We very much look forward to seeing you in June, and to a substantive and dynamic meeting.
