Stephanie Bush-Baskette (Ph.D. Rutgers University) directs the Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Studies at Rutgers-Newark. Her research interests include investigating the development, application and effects of public policy.

John W. Graham (Ph.D. Northwestern University) is a Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Economics at Rutgers. His research interests focus on public policy issues surrounding women and work, marriage, families and children. He is a published author of three books and dozens of articles.

Elizabeth Hull(Ph.D. New School for Social Research) is a Professor of Political Science. Her research includes the constitutional rights of minorities; public law, especially the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment; and the rights of ex-felons, immigrants, minorities and women.

Peter D. Loeb (Ph.D. Rutgers University) is Professor of Economics and former chair of the Department of Economics. He serves on the Rutgers Graduate Faculty in both Newark and New Brunswick. Dr. Loeb researches in the areas of transportation economics and applied econometrics.

Hindy Lauer Schachter (Ph.D. Columbia University) is a Professor in Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Her research interests include citizen participation, organization theory, public administration history and scientific management.

Carolyne J. White (Ph.D. University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana) is a Professor of Urban Education at Rutgers-Newark Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
