Abstract
Dr. Marc Holzer discusses the worldwide survey, "Digital Governance in Municipalities Worldwide," a study of over 100 cities around the world, which was done through a collaboration between the E-Governance Institute at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, Campus at Newark and the Global e-Policy e-Government Institute at Sungkyunkwan University and also sponsored by the UN Division for Public Administration and Development Management (DPADM). He also discusses the transformation of Government to E-Government.
