As Employee Advocate at the NJ Department of Transporation (NJDOT), Cheryl is responsible for assisting employees with career counseling and conflict resolution issues, recommending practices to management that will benefit the department, and providing training on trends in the workplace. She also provides interview coaching services and resume writing assistance. She has court mediation experience and is also a certified Drug and Alcohol counselor. She began her career at NJDOT 12 years ago in the Division of Civil Rights & Affirmative Action, as an Affirmative Action Specialist for Internal EEO. Prior to coming to NJDOT, Cheryl was a paralegal with the Department of Law and Public Safety for 11 years where she did research and conducted internal affairs reviews.
