Sources of financial aid include fellowships/scholarships/grants, loans, employment or veterans benefits or a combination thereof. A majority of full-time doctoral students in Public Affairs and Administration receive some form of financial assistance. To apply for teaching assistantships and graduate assistantships support, simply check the box on your Graduate School Application form. - FAFSA To apply for other grants, loans, and employment, students must first complete the Free Application for Federal Students Aid (FAFSA), which is available from most college and university financial aid offices or http://www.fafsa.org. At Rutgers, contact the Office of Financial Aid, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, 249 University Avenue, Newark, NJ 07102. Applicants who file by March 15 can expect a reply by June 1.
