Geiguen (Charlie) Shin is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University-Newark. His research and teaching interests include Federalism and Intergovernmental Relations, public policy and administrative organizations, public management, and economic development and redistribution. Prior to joining the SPAA faculty, he taught in Asian Affairs Center at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has published his research in such journals as Economic Development Quarterly, Journal of Urban Affairs, International Political Science Review, Social Science Journal, and other outlets.
