• Madinah F. Hamidullah is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Public Administration and Policy
  in the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia, and will join the faculty
  as an Assistant Professor in the fall of 2009.
• She received her BA in Dance and Political Science and
  MPA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
• Her research interests include generational
  differences in the workforce; public management; employee turnover; organizational performance;
  and executive leadership succession. Her research will soon appear in Public Organization Review.
