School of Public Affairs and Administration

• Quintus Jett will join the faculty in the fall of 2009 as an Assistant Professor of Public Affairs and Administration, in conjunction with the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship and Economic Development at Rutgers.
• His Ph.D. from Stanford University is in the field of Organizational Theory, with a focus on innovation and management in high-tech industries. Applying insights from this field, he has focused his research on the design of organizations that must be responsive to changing technology, growing diversity, and other significant environmental changes.
• He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania.
