Josh Osowski is a doctoral student at Rutgers SPAA and is the Superintendent of Stokes State Forest in Branchville, NJ. Josh's research interests are in performance management, leadership and ethics. Josh is especially interested in how our parks and forests can be better managed and the impacts that privatization are having on our natural resources. Before coming to Rutgers, Osowski managed Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ and served in leadership roles for several unions and non-profit organizations.
