Lisa Mahajan-Cusack, PhD

Dr. Mahajan-Cusack's research focuses on the use of social media as a dominant form of communication and interaction among citizens and their government, and its impact on engagement and government transparency. Her current research includes the identification of best practices and challenges local governments throughout the United States face when utilizing social media.
