• Larry Miller is a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Administration at the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, and will join the faculty as an Assistant Professor in the fall of 2009.
• His specializations are in public finance and social policy. Miller’s dissertation research examines the relationship between school
  budgeting policies, resource inputs and student outcomes.
• He has previously taught at Binghamton University and LeMoyne College, and was a research associate in an education policy center at The University of Washington.
