Norma M. Riccucci is Professor II of Public Administration at Rutgers University, Newark Campus. Her research and teaching interests lie in the broad area of public management, with a particular focus on social equity, diversity management and employment discrimination law.
As seen in her cv, she has published extensively in these areas, including books and scholarly journal articles. Currently, she is President of the Public Management Research Association, and editor of the Administrative Profile Series for Public Administration Review.
In 2005, she was inducted into the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA). She has been awarded several honors, including the 2006 Charles H. Levine Award for excellence in teaching, research and service; the 2006 Hatfield Scholar Award; the 2002 Distinguished Research Award from the American Society for Public Administration and the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration; the 2000 award for Scholarship Excellence in Public Sector Human Resources from ASPA’s Section on Personnel Administration and Labor Relations; and the 2005 Rita Mae Kelly Award for Research Excellence from ASPA’s Section for Women in Public Administration.
