Sino-U.S. International Conference on Public Administration

Since Rutgers SPAA initiated it in 2002, the Sino-U.S. International Conference on Public Administration has been held every other year, with the widest scope and the largest number of attendees among conferences and exchanges between China and the U.S. in the field of Public Administration – each year, almost 600 experts participate in the conference. The first three conferences (2002, 2004, 2006) took place at People's University of China, the 2008 conference at Rutgers University-Newark campus, the 2010 at Xiamen University in China, the 2012 conference at Renmin University in China, and the 2014 conference in Beijing and Shanghai, China. The 2016 conference is scheduled for mid-June at Renmin University in China. SPAA has co-organized and published proceedings from the conference since it began.
