Tugba N. Aksoy is a high-performing higher education professional with years of experience. At Rutgers SPAA, she is responsible for the management of key functions in the recruitment, admissions, and registration processes of students, both undergraduate and graduate; supervising student employees and work study students assigned to related tasks; and organizing all associated events. She acts as a liaison to the  SPAA Alumni Association Network (SPAAAN), Public Administration Graduate Association (PAGA), and the Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.  She manages special programs or study abroad advanced courses. She speaks Turkish and English and has extensive knowledge of IMS, Degree Navigator, CSS, Grad Portal, Diploma Applications Portal, Salesforce, Constant Contact, STATA, Microsoft, and Adobe Applications. 

Ms. Aksoy has a keen interest in diversity, acceptance, and inclusion in higher education. She is a member of American Society of Public Administration (ASPA) and Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society-Newark Chapter. She is the co-chair of Rutgers University-Newark Staff Council. She is also the recipient of Clarence Fuller Scholarship.
