Courses meet for 45 contact hours each semester scheduled two per semester for each cohort. Times are 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday afternoons and 9:00 AM to noon on Saturday mornings. A one week residency and intensive course for each of two summers are also required. These intensive courses require prior preparation and reading by the student, 40 formal contact hours of class time during the week, and follow-up assignments. In the past, students have enjoyed the camaraderie and teamwork that the intensive course experience provides.
