B.J. Jones, MPA
B.J. Jones is a doctoral student in the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University–Newark. He is president and CEO of the Battery Park City Authority (BPCA), a New York State Public Benefit Corporation that is responsible for developing and maintaining the Battery Park City neighborhood in Lower Manhattan. Jones has served in a variety of public sector leadership roles throughout his career, including Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Buildings and Deputy Director of the Mayor’s Office of Operations.
