Mahako Etta is currently completing her doctorate at the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University-Newark. Her research focuses on the role of higher education institutions in the development of urban metropolitan cities, globally. Her research is mostly grounded in organizational theory, network governance, and social equity theory.
Mahako has over ten years of experience as both a researcher and practitioner in the field of public affairs and administration Currently, Ms. Etta is a Program Manager at the Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Studies at Rutgers University-Newark.
