Mahako Etta, MS
Mahako Etta is a doctoral student at the School of Public Affairs and Administration and a program manager at the Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Studies at Rutgers University–Newark. Her research focuses on the role of higher education institutions in the development of urban metropolitan cities and is mostly grounded in organizational theory, network governance, and social equity theory. Etta has over ten years of experience as both a researcher and practitioner in the field of public affairs and administration.
