Michael Dillard, assistant teaching professor, received the 2024 Sharon Stroye SPAA Community Engagement Award.
Diane Hill, assistant professor of professional practice, was presented with the NAACP New Brunswick Area Branch’s Freedom Fund Community Award; The Vizion Foundation's Community Award; and Odyssey International Productions’ Community Service Award of Excellence.
Lindsey McDougle, associate professor, received the 2024 SPAA Faculty Service Award.
Charles E. Menifield, University Professor, received the 2024 Philip J. Rutledge Social Equity Leadership Award.
Suzanne J. Piotrowski, professor, received the 2024 Best Book Award from the American Society for Public Administration's Section on Public Administration Research.

Pengju Zhang, associate professor, received the 2024 NJ ASPA Academic Excellence Award.

John Headley (EMPA’23) received the 2024 SPAA Outstanding MPA Student Award.
Wan-ju Hung (PhD'24) received the 2024 SPAA Outstanding PhD Student Award, and accepted an assistant professor position at Texas Tech University.
Lauren Bock Mullins (PhD’12) received the 2024 SPAA Distinguished Alumni Award for Academic Excellence.
Roberto Muniz (MPA’90) received the 2024 SPAA Distinguished Alumni Award for Practitioner Excellence.
Brett Noll (BA’24) received the 2024 SPAA Outstanding BA Student Award.
Yong-Chan Rhee (PhD'24) received the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration 2024 Best Dissertation Award; the 2024 SPAA Outstanding PhD Student Award; and accepted a tenure-track assistant professor position at DePaul University.
Jinah Yoo, PhD student, received the 2024 Student Paper Award from the ASPA's Section on Korean Public Administration (SKPA).
