Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) provides opportunities for international scholars and doctoral students in public administration or related fields to pursue their research while in residence at Rutgers. International visiting scholars and doctoral students typically work on projects related to the research interests of SPAA faculty.
