Institute on Education Law and Policy (IELP)

The Institute on Education Law and Policy (IELP) was founded in 2000 by Professor Paul Tractenberg of Rutgers Law School-Newark as the capstone to his career in education reform. IELP existed until his retirement in 2017 and from 2010-2017 it was co-directed by Professor Tractenberg and SPAA Professor Alan Sadovnik. IELP produced many important educational policy reports, which are contained on this site.
