Bio
Ivan Lee is a Doctoral Student at the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University–Newark where he is also a Research Associate at the Center for Experimental and Behavioral Public Administration (CEBPA). His research applies social psychological theories and experimental methods to study bureaucrats’ and citizens’ perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors, seeking to advance theory building and practices in public administration and policy. Currently, his dissertation project investigates when and why street-level bureaucrats may become more (or less) risk-averse in their daily work. Lee is also an editorial assistant for the Journal of Behavioral Public Administration (JBPA).
