Jillian Barrick, with over 20 years of public sector experience, is a dedicated professional who excels in budget management, operational efficiency, and planning and redevelopment. Her expertise has been demonstrated in her roles as the business administrator for the Town of Morristown since 2015, and before that in the City of Perth Amboy and the City of East Orange. Barrick's commitment extends beyond her work — she actively contributes to organizations like the ICMA, New Jersey Municipal Managers Association, and the NJ League of Municipalities’ Legislative Committee.
