Md Shahidulla Kaiser, MSS, MSc

Md Shahidulla Kaiser is a doctoral student in the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University–Newark. He is on official study leave to complete the doctoral program from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh, where he has been teaching as a faculty of public administration for the last twelve years. His broader research interests lie in the fields of global development cooperation, nonprofit management and governance, refugee, human rights, and social inclusion, etc. Before switching to a career in academia, he worked with several international organizations and UN agencies, including UNDP, Concern Worldwide, UN Women, UNDEF, and BRAC.
