Mesharch Walto Katusiimeh, PhD

Mesharch Walto Katusiimeh is a Visiting Fulbright Scholar at the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University–Newark from September 2025 to February 2026. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Governance and the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Kabale University (Uganda).
