Dr. Ricardo Bello-Gomez Announced as 2026 Rutgers Global Grant Recipient

Dr. Ricardo Bello-Gomez, assistant professor in the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University–Newark, has been announced as a recipient of a 2026 Rutgers Global Grant. Dr. Bello-Gomez's project, "Conceptualizing and Measuring Regional Government Capacity in Latin America" falls within the International Collaborative Research grant category and is one of only two awarded to Rutgers-Newark faculty. Rutgers Global Grants support faculty international engagement by helping initiate engagement and collaborative research, international partnerships, and new educational initiatives.
