Dr. Ricardo Bello-Gomez Gives Keynote at First International Congress on Public Management and Territorial Development

Dr. Ricardo Bello-Gomez, assistant professor in the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University–Newark, gave one of the keynote speeches at the 1st International Congress on Public Management and Territorial Development, organized by Colombia's Escuela Superior de Administración Pública (ESAP, Superior School of Public Administration) in Neiva, Colombia on September 14, 2024. The topic of his presentation was "Decision Making in Public Management: Lessons from the Study of Colombian Mayors."
