On May 3, 2018, Board of Governors Distinguished Service Professor Alan Sadovnik was honored with the Faculty Scholar-Teacher Award.
The award recognizes faculty members who have excelled in their efforts to integrate their teaching with their research by using their research to inform and add excitement to their classes, and interacting with students in ways that inform their scholarship.
