SPAA's Center for Applied Appreciative Inquiry Leads Strategic Planning Summit for New Jersey Reentry Corporation

On Nov. 8, Dr. James Davy, Director of SPAA's Center for Applied Appreciative Inquiry (CAAI), and SPAA MPA student Momina Chaudhry led a strategic planning summit for the New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC) at its training center in Kearny, NJ.

The organization-wide gathering convened NJRC's leadership team and staff to celebrate 2024 achievements and collaboratively develop organizational and individual performance goals for 2025.
