Cleopatra Charles Delivers Keynote at the Role of the State in the 21st Century Conference in Hungary
Rutgers SPAA Associate Professor Cleopatra Charles and a Fulbright Hungary alum recently had the privilege of delivering a keynote speech at the Role of the State in the 21st Century Conference held at the Széchenyi István Egyetem - University of Győr Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in Gyor, Hungary, Dec. 5-6.
Her talk, titled “Navigating America’s Fiscal Crossroads: Strategies for a Sustainable Future," explored the complexities of fiscal policy in the U.S. and its implications for global economic dynamics. Professor Charles noted, "This opportunity to share insights and engage with brilliant minds in such a historic and vibrant city was truly unforgettable.
