Rutgers SPAA Research Brief

Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration has introduced a new series of publications that provides condensed versions of academic articles authored by our faculty members. These "Research Briefs" are available for download and will cover topics ranging from government transparency to tax limitations.

The first published brief is "The Link Between Transparency, Understanding, and Policy Support," which explores how citizens' understanding of information and subsequent support of policies is shaped by the presentation of the content they receive. The research was conducted by SPAA Assistant Professor Gregory Porumbescu, with Nicole Bellé from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies-Pisa, Maria Cucciniello from Bocconi University, and Greta Nasi from Bocconi University.
