Rutgers SPAA and ICMA Host Research Tour for South African Officials

Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) and International City/County Management Association (ICMA) hosted a research tour on June 18, 2024 where four faculty members from SPAA had a cross-continent dialogue with a group of local government officials from South Africa.
