How are you/your organization serving during the pandemic?
We are working to keep the public informed as best we can, while at the same time telling the stories that matter and engaging with people who may be experiencing the worst of the pandemic.

What challenges are facing in your role or company during the pandemic?
In the COVID-19 era, information can change by the minute. The news industry was already becoming a 24/7 outlet thanks to the Internet, but my reporters and I have been pushed to get out the most accurate information, responsibly. One of my most worthwhile challenges has been to lead a team of hardworking, talented reporters as they face their own fears head on through their coverage, while making sure everyone stays safe and healthy.
