Bio
René Deida works with the business units and corporate centers to develop effective strategies that address social needs and meet business objectives. Prior to his current role, Deida was a program officer with The Prudential Foundation where he managed the youth development, civic leadership, and business alignment portfolios. Deida developed Prudential’s first international philanthropic strategy, a series of programs to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations, and co-created a board placement program for Prudential’s emerging leaders of diverse backgrounds. Deida has served in a number of nonprofit boards and advisory councils.
