Shonda Levine-Ouji

Shonda Levine-Ouji is the Assistant to the Dean in the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University–Newark. With nearly twenty years of senior-level administrative experience in higher education, she is a vital contributor to the Dean's Office, where she manages faculty tenure and promotion processes and leads various special events and initiatives. Her career includes impactful roles at Seton Hall University and New Jersey City University, where she has established a strong reputation as an adept communicator and leader within institutional administration. Additionally, she is a former Vice President of Membership for the Washington Park Toastmasters Club and an active member of the 40+ Double Dutch Club in Union County.
