Inkyu Kang, MA
Inkyu Kang is a doctoral student at the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University-Newark, where he also serves as a research associate at the Center for Experimental and Behavioral Public Administration (CEBPA). His research mainly focuses on advancing normative underpinnings of public administration such as representative bureaucracy, citizen coproduction, and street-level discretion through applying social-psychological theories on perception, motivation and behavior of individuals.
