The School of Public Affairs and Administration is asking students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends to join us for SPAA Service Day on Saturday, November 17, 2018, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Three events - attend one, two, or all three!) You must register separately for each event. 

Community FoodBank in NJ
The day will begin at the Community FoodBank at 31 Evans Terminal, Hillside, NJ, from 9 am to 11 am (volunteers must arrive by 8:50 am), where volunteers will help pack boxes of food for NJ families in need. Contact Adjunct Professor Michael Dillard at mdillard@rutgers.edu to volunteer or receive more information. Volunteers must provide their own transportation.

RU-N Food Pantry Drive
In the afternoon from 12 pm to 2 pm, we will donate, collect, and sort dry food items for the Rutgers University–Newark Food Pantry. Please deliver dry food items to 111 Washington St., Room 203. Free Clothing Drive for Young Professionals
SPAA is also collaborating with RU-N alumna Dr. Yetunde Odugbesan-Omede to host a clothing drive from 12 pm to 4 pm that will provide young professionals with the opportunity to enhance their professional wardrobe. We are asking volunteers to bring business and casual clothing and help distribute clothes. The event is at 111 Washington, Room 222.
