Hung-Yi Hsu is a doctoral candidate in the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University–Newark. His research interests lie in the broad area of public management, accountability, and transparency issues. His research has been published in International Review of Administrative Sciences, International Public Management Journal, and Review of Public Personnel Administration, among other outlets.
