Review of Public Personnel Administration (ROPPA) Best Paper Award

SPAA PhD alumnus Yong-Chan Rhee ('24) was selected as the recipient of the 2025 Review of Public Personnel Administration (ROPPA) Best Paper Award for his paper, “Reexamination of Multi-level Representation and Critical Mass: The Roles of Black Leadership and Its Relationship With Street-Level Officers in Police Killings.”
