Rutgers SPAA Alumnus Yong-Chan Rhee (PhD'24) Receives 2024 Best Dissertation Award from NASPAA

Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) alumnus Yong-Chan Rhee (PhD'24) has received the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration 2024 Best Dissertation Award. His winning dissertation, "Policy implementation and leadership in the context of organizational culture: the case of police killings," focused on police killings in the United States and examined the impact of policy implementation, organizational culture, and practices in the public sector. Dr. Charles Menifield, University Professor, served as his committee chair and advisor.
