Rutgers SPAA and KDI Program

Rutgers SPAA has partnered with the Korea Development Institute (KDI) to offer a 1-year Rutgers MPA

  • Open cohort model:
    KDI students will take courses and complete program together as a group, but courses will be filled with regular SPAA students as well
     
  • 1-year program (January to December):
    4 courses in Spring, 2 in Summer, 4 in Fall
     
  • Potential curriculum:
    (bold/Italics = courses that MUST be taken in that semester; Visit Courses for descriptions)
    • SPRING: Intro to Public Administration, Applied Statistics, Economics for Public Administration, Administrative Ethics
    • SUMMER: Applied Research Design, Managing Public Organizations
    • FALL: Capstone Project, Technology and Public Administration, Public Policy Process, Public Budgeting Systems
