Minor in Public Leadership
The minor in Public Leadership at Rutgers SPAA provides students with the skills needed to lead and manage in the public interest while upholding key public service values such as accountability, responsiveness, transparency, and justice. Students learn how to analyze, synthesize, think critically, solve problems, and make collective evidence-informed decisions in a complex, cross-sector environment.
