Leadership of Public Organizations Certificate
The 18-credit graduate certificate program in Leadership of Public Organizations offered by the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University–Newark provides students with a focus on human resources topics including, best practice policy; diversity and inclusion; management and leadership techniques; and a comprehensive review of all local, state, and federal policies that govern employment, and employment practices.
