Major and Minor in Public and Nonprofit Administration
The major and minor in Public and Nonprofit Administration at Rutgers SPAA offers students a focused, interdisciplinary exposure to public service. The curriculum is designed to bring students to a deeper understanding of their roles as public servants in the context of civic engagement. The program prepares students for management and leadership roles across a wide range of careers spanning all levels of government (federal, state, and local), the nonprofit sector, international organizations, academia, and even the private sector.
