Undergraduate Programs
Undergraduate public administration programs at Rutgers SPAA offer students a focused, interdisciplinary exposure to public service. The curriculum is designed to bring students to a deeper understanding of their roles as public servants in the context of civic engagement. Students are prepared for management and leadership roles across a wide range of careers spanning all levels of government (federal, state, and local), the nonprofit sector, international organizations, academia, and even the private sector.
