State of NJ Certified Public Manager® Program (CPM)

The nationally accredited State of New Jersey Certified Public Manager® Program is administered by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission (CSC) and delivered by Rutgers University–Newark’s School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA).

Participants gain the knowledge needed to tackle complex organizational challenges, manage their day-to-day operations more effectively, and grow as leaders. The program also provides a framework upon which leaders can build and apply throughout their career.

CPM graduates are awarded 30.2 CEU’s and may apply up to 15 undergraduate credits or 9 graduate credits toward a degree at Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration. Learn more at CPM to SPAA Degree Pathway.
